Description

Flaky puff pastry bites filled with creamy melted brie, sweet-tart cranberry sauce, and a hint of honey and rosemary, perfect as an easy festive appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into 24 squares
  • 6 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
  2. Cut the puff pastry into 24 even squares and gently press each square into the muffin cavities.
  3. Place one cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry cup.
  4. Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
  5. Lightly drizzle honey over the tops and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
  6. Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the brie is melted and bubbly.
  7. Allow the bites to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and serving warm.
