- 1 sheet puff pastry, thawed and cut into 24 squares
- 6 ounces brie cheese, cut into small cubes
- 1 cup cranberry sauce, homemade or store-bought
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a mini muffin pan.
- Cut the puff pastry into 24 even squares and gently press each square into the muffin cavities.
- Place one cube of brie cheese in the center of each pastry cup.
- Spoon about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce over the brie in each cup.
- Lightly drizzle honey over the tops and sprinkle with chopped rosemary.
- Bake for about 15 minutes, or until the pastry is golden and the brie is melted and bubbly.
- Allow the bites to cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan and serving warm.
Notes
- Use cold brie for easier cutting and cleaner portions.
- Avoid overfilling to prevent the cheese from overflowing while baking.
