Description

Ingredients

  • Cherry tomatoes (200 g, halved)
  • Balsamic pearls (2 tablespoons)
  • Fresh basil leaves (10–12 leaves, torn)
  • Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • Fine sea salt (0.5 teaspoon)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (0.25 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. Toast the rustic bread slices until golden and crisp on the outside while still slightly tender inside.
  2. Slice or gently tear the fresh mozzarella into even pieces.
  3. In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then toss gently to coat.
  4. Arrange the mozzarella evenly over each slice of warm toast.
