Ingredients

- Fresh basil leaves (10–12 leaves, torn)
- Extra virgin olive oil (2 tablespoons)
- Fine sea salt (0.5 teaspoon)
- Freshly ground black pepper (0.25 teaspoon)
Instructions
- Toast the rustic bread slices until golden and crisp on the outside while still slightly tender inside.
- Slice or gently tear the fresh mozzarella into even pieces.
- In a bowl, combine the halved cherry tomatoes with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then toss gently to coat.
- Arrange the mozzarella evenly over each slice of warm toast.
- Spoon the seasoned tomatoes over the cheese.
- Top with fresh basil leaves and scatter balsamic pearls evenly over each toast.
