Ingredients

- Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
- Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
- Paprika: 1 teaspoon
- Salt: 0.75 teaspoon
- Black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Honey: 3 tablespoons
- Soy sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Sriracha sauce: 2 tablespoons
- Rice vinegar: 1 tablespoon
- Cornstarch: 1 teaspoon mixed with 2 tablespoons water
- Green onions: 2 tablespoons, finely sliced
Instructions
- Season the salmon: Place the salmon cubes in a bowl, drizzle with olive oil, add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper, then toss gently until evenly coated.
- Heat the skillet: Heat a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until hot.
- Sear the salmon: Add salmon cubes in a single layer and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- Prepare the sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, sriracha, rice vinegar, and the cornstarch mixture until smooth.
- Glaze the salmon: Reduce heat to medium, pour the sauce into the skillet, and gently toss until the sauce thickens and coats the salmon.
- Finish and garnish: Remove from heat and sprinkle with sliced green onions before serving.
