Description

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt (optional)

Instructions

  1. Mash the avocados in a large mixing bowl until mostly smooth but still slightly chunky.
  2. Stir in the lime juice immediately to brighten the flavor and prevent browning.
  3. Gently fold in the diced chicken until evenly coated.
  4. Add the red onion, cherry tomatoes, and cilantro, mixing gently to distribute.
  5. Season with garlic powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper, then stir to combine.
  6. If using Greek yogurt, fold it in to add extra creaminess.
