Description

Ingredients

  • Frozen strawberries: 1 cup
  • Plain Greek yogurt: 1 cup
  • Milk (dairy or unsweetened plant-based): 1 cup
  • Protein powder (vanilla or unflavored): 1 scoop
  • Chia seeds: 1 tablespoon
  • Honey: 1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Add the frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and milk to a high-speed blender.
  2. Add the protein powder and chia seeds on top of the fruit mixture.
  3. Pour in the honey and vanilla extract.
