- Black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
- Neutral cooking oil: 2 tablespoons
- Barbecue sauce: 120 ml

- Tomato paste: 1 tablespoon
- Water: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

- Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat until hot and shimmering.
- Add the chicken in a single layer and cook for 6 to 8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown and fully cooked.
- In a small bowl, mix the barbecue sauce, honey, tomato paste, and water until smooth.
- Reduce the heat to low, pour the sauce over the chicken, and gently toss until all pieces are coated.
- Let the chicken simmer for 2 to 3 minutes until the sauce thickens and becomes glossy.
- Remove from heat and sprinkle with dried parsley before serving.
Notes
- Cut chicken into evenly sized pieces to ensure uniform cooking.
- Avoid overcrowding the pan to achieve proper browning.
- Add the sauce only after the chicken is fully cooked to prevent burning.
- Lower the heat when glazing so the sauce thickens without sticking.
