- 3 tablespoons maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- ⅓ cup chopped pecans
- ¼ cup dried cranberries
- ¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, whisk together maple syrup, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
- Add halved Brussels sprouts and toss until evenly coated.
- Arrange the sprouts cut side down on the baking sheet in a single layer.
- Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crisp.
- Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped pecans, dried cranberries, and crumbled feta.
- Serve warm and enjoy.
