  • 8 lasagna noodles, broken into bite-size pieces
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons butter

  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil and butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until soft and translucent.
