Ingredients
- Pizza dough: 450 g homemade or store-bought
- Cream cheese: 120 g, softened
- Sour cream: 60 g
- Garlic powder: 5 g
- Mozzarella cheese: 200 g, shredded
- Dill pickles: 150 g, thinly sliced
- Olive oil: 15 ml
- Dried dill: 2 g
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 230 C and heat a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and dried dill until smooth.
- Roll the pizza dough into a 30 cm circle on a lightly floured surface.
- Brush the outer edge of the dough with olive oil.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
- Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
- Arrange the pickle slices evenly across the pizza.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
