Description

A creamy, tangy Pickle Pizza made with a rich cream cheese base, melted mozzarella, and crunchy dill pickles baked on a golden crust for a bold and comforting twist on pizza night.


Ingredients

  • Pizza dough: 450 g homemade or store-bought
  • Cream cheese: 120 g, softened
  • Sour cream: 60 g
  • Garlic powder: 5 g
  • Mozzarella cheese: 200 g, shredded
  • Dill pickles: 150 g, thinly sliced
  • Olive oil: 15 ml
  • Dried dill: 2 g

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 C and heat a pizza stone or baking sheet inside.
  2. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, and dried dill until smooth.
  3. Roll the pizza dough into a 30 cm circle on a lightly floured surface.
  4. Brush the outer edge of the dough with olive oil.
  5. Spread the creamy mixture evenly over the dough, leaving a small border.
  6. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
  7. Arrange the pickle slices evenly across the pizza.
  8. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  9. Let rest for 2 minutes, then slice and serve.
