Ingredients
- Cream cheese: 8 ounces, softened
- White chocolate chips: 1 cup, melted and slightly cooled
- Strawberry puree: 1 cup, thick and smooth
- Powdered sugar: 1 cup
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Shredded coconut: 1 1/2 cups
- Whipped cream or thick cream cheese frosting: 1 cup
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in the refrigerator.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, melted white chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and strawberry puree until smooth and evenly colored.
- Refrigerate the mixture for 20 minutes until slightly firm.
