Description

Tiramisu Mousse Coffee Bean is a luxurious bite-sized dessert that combines the rich flavors of espresso, creamy mascarpone, and smooth chocolate, all shaped like elegant coffee beans.


Ingredients

  • Sponge biscuits
  • 1 cup freshly brewed coffee
  • Spread (such as Nutella or chocolate hazelnut spread)
  • 250g mascarpone cheese
  • 30g caster sugar
  • 350g cold heavy cream
  • 150g chocolate (dark or milk)
  • 50g coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Stick two sponge biscuits together using your chosen spread. Briefly dip in coffee and place on a tray. Freeze for 1 hour until firm.
  2. Whisk mascarpone to loosen it. Add heavy cream and sugar, then whip until thick and smooth.
  3. Remove frozen biscuits and coat each with mascarpone cream, shaping into an oval coffee bean. Freeze again until set.
  4. Melt chocolate and coconut oil together until smooth and glossy.
  5. Dip each frozen mousse bean into the chocolate coating. Place on the tray to set.
  6. Use a knife to create a center indentation, mimicking a coffee bean look.
