Description

  • 200 grams biscoff spread
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 250 grams cream cheese

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
  2. Add the biscoff spread to the cream cheese and mix until fully combined.
  3. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the biscoff cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
  5. Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
  6. Add a layer of biscoff cookies over the cream.
  7. Spread another layer of the cream mixture evenly over the cookies.
  8. Repeat layering cookies and cream until all ingredients are used.
  9. Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
  10. Before serving, drizzle extra biscoff spread on top and slice into squares.
