- In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the biscoff cream cheese mixture until smooth and fluffy.
- Spread a thin layer of the cream mixture at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
- Add a layer of biscoff cookies over the cream.
- Spread another layer of the cream mixture evenly over the cookies.
- Repeat layering cookies and cream until all ingredients are used.
- Cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, drizzle extra biscoff spread on top and slice into squares.
