  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
  2. In a small bowl, combine Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish in a single layer and pour the dressing mixture over them.
  4. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a teaspoon of olive oil, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
