- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F and lightly grease a baking dish.
- In a small bowl, combine Caesar dressing, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Place the chicken thighs in the baking dish in a single layer and pour the dressing mixture over them.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
- In a separate bowl, mix breadcrumbs with a teaspoon of olive oil, then sprinkle over the cheese layer.
- Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the top is golden brown.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley and serve.
