Description

These baked chicken tacos are filled with tender shredded chicken in a rich sauce, topped with melted cheese, and baked until perfectly golden and bubbly.


Ingredients

  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup enchilada sauce
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, enchilada sauce, sour cream, olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  4. Fill each tortilla with the chicken mixture and arrange them tightly in the baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the tacos.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from oven and top with chopped green onions.
  8. Let cool slightly, then serve and enjoy.
