Description

Ingredients

  • Salmon fillets: 4 fillets (about 150 g each)
  • Avocado: 2 medium ripe avocados, diced
  • Feta cheese: 100 g, crumbled
  • Olive oil: 2 tablespoons
  • Fresh lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
  • Garlic: 2 cloves, minced
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Fresh parsley: 2 tablespoons, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 C and lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.
