Description
Crispy roasted broccoli tossed in a creamy, sweet and spicy bang bang sauce with a hint of garlic and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

- 4 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic until smooth.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then spread evenly on the baking sheet.
- Roast for 20 minutes until edges are crispy and slightly charred.
- Transfer the hot broccoli to a bowl and toss with the prepared sauce.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.
Notes
- Do not overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
- Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve immediately for the best texture.
