Description

Crispy roasted broccoli tossed in a creamy, sweet and spicy bang bang sauce with a hint of garlic and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and minced garlic until smooth.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  4. Toss broccoli with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, then spread evenly on the baking sheet.
  5. Roast for 20 minutes until edges are crispy and slightly charred.
  6. Transfer the hot broccoli to a bowl and toss with the prepared sauce.
  7. Sprinkle sesame seeds on top and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Do not overcrowd the baking sheet to ensure crispiness.
  • Adjust the spice level by adding more or less sriracha.
  • Serve immediately for the best texture.
