- 1 medium head cauliflower florets, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, garlic powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, and water until smooth.
- Lightly grease the lined tray with vegetable oil.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, let excess drip off, and place on the tray.
- Bake for 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- In another bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey.
- Toss the baked cauliflower in the sauce and coat evenly.
- Transfer to a plate, sprinkle with chopped green onions, and serve immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, bake on a wire rack if available.
- Adjust the sriracha to control spice level.
- Toss in sauce just before serving to keep the coating crispy.
- Reheat leftovers in the oven for best texture.
