Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) or air fryer to 180°C (360°F).
- Slice the potatoes into waffle-cut shapes using a mandoline slicer.
- Soak the slices in cold water for 10 minutes, then drain and pat completely dry.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the potato slices with olive oil, BBQ seasoning, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease the air fryer basket.
- Arrange the potato slices in a single layer without overlapping.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or air fry for 15 to 18 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly to crisp up further.
