Description

  • 4 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped

  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 2 bay leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat a large pot over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Season the beef with salt and pepper, then coat lightly with flour.
  3. Add the beef to the pot and brown on all sides until golden.
  4. Add onion, garlic, and tomato paste, then stir until fragrant.
  5. Pour in beef broth, add potatoes, carrots, and bay leaves, then simmer on low heat for 1.5 to 2 hours.
