- 12 hard taco shells

- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F to warm the taco shells later.
- In a small bowl, combine chili powder, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add ground beef to the skillet and cook for 8 to 10 minutes, breaking it apart until fully browned and no pink remains. Stir in the seasoning mixture and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Place taco shells on a baking sheet and warm in the oven for 5 minutes until lightly crisp.
- Spoon seasoned beef into each shell and top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped onion, shredded cheddar cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately while warm and crisp.
