- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup all purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
- In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- Set up three bowls, one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
- Shape the chicken mixture into small balls, then coat each one in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
- Fry the coated balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
- Remove and place on paper towels, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Chill the mixture before shaping for easier handling.
- Do not overcrowd the pan while frying.
- Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
