Description

Crispy golden bites filled with creamy, spicy buffalo chicken and melted cheese, perfect for appetizers or snack time.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan to 350°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, cream cheese, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
  3. Set up three bowls, one with flour, one with beaten eggs, and one with breadcrumbs.
  4. Shape the chicken mixture into small balls, then coat each one in flour, dip in egg, and roll in breadcrumbs.
  5. Fry the coated balls in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 3 to 4 minutes.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels, then sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce.
