Ingredients

  • 200 grams burrata cheese
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a pot of salted water to a gentle boil.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large pan and sauté garlic until fragrant, then add cherry tomatoes and cook until slightly softened.
  3. Pour in tomato sauce and heavy cream, stirring to combine into a smooth sauce.
