Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
- In a mixing bowl, combine ground meat, cooked rice, onion, garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well mixed.
- Prepare the skillet by ensuring it is evenly heated and lightly coated with oil.
- Place a portion of the filling onto each cabbage leaf and fold into compact cups.
- Arrange the cabbage cups in the skillet and cook until browned on all sides.
- Pour in the tomato sauce and let everything simmer for 15 minutes, spooning sauce over the cups as they cook.
