Description

Cajun Honey Lobster Tails are tender, buttery, and infused with a sweet spicy glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven, creating a luxurious main dish with bold coastal flavors.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 lobster tails, about 150 g each
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 garlic clove, finely minced
  • 0.5 tsp salt
  • 0.25 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top of each lobster shell, lift the meat, and rest it on top of the shell.
  2. In a bowl mix melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until glossy.
  3. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with half of the Cajun honey butter.
  4. Bake at 230 C for 10 to 12 minutes until the meat is opaque, then brush with the remaining glaze before serving.

Notes

  • Pat the lobster meat dry so the glaze adheres well.
  • Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want extra color.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours and reheat gently.
