Cajun Honey Lobster Tails are tender, buttery, and infused with a sweet spicy glaze that caramelizes beautifully in the oven, creating a luxurious main dish with bold coastal flavors.

- 4 lobster tails, about 150 g each
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1.5 tbsp Cajun seasoning
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1 garlic clove, finely minced
- 0.5 tsp salt
- 0.25 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions
- Use kitchen scissors to cut through the top of each lobster shell, lift the meat, and rest it on top of the shell.
- In a bowl mix melted butter, honey, Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon juice until glossy.
- Place lobster tails on a baking sheet and brush generously with half of the Cajun honey butter.
- Bake at 230 C for 10 to 12 minutes until the meat is opaque, then brush with the remaining glaze before serving.
Notes
- Pat the lobster meat dry so the glaze adheres well.
- Broil for the last 2 minutes if you want extra color.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 24 hours and reheat gently.
