Description

Sweet, spicy, and buttery Cajun Honey Lobster Tails that are quick to make but taste like a luxurious feast. Perfect for special occasions or a flavor-packed weeknight dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium lobster tails (56 oz each)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking dish with foil.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
  3. Butterfly lobster tails and place them in the baking dish, lifting the meat over the shells.
  4. Brush the Cajun honey butter over each lobster tail generously.
  5. Bake for 12–15 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and firm, basting halfway through.
  6. Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining glaze, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
  7. Serve hot with lemon wedges.

Notes

  • Use clarified butter for a smoother finish.
  • Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
  • Leftovers are great in pasta or tacos.
  • Don’t skip the lemon—it brightens the flavor beautifully.
