- 4 medium lobster tails (5–6 oz each)
- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking dish with foil.
- In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat. Stir in honey, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 1–2 minutes.
- Butterfly lobster tails and place them in the baking dish, lifting the meat over the shells.
- Brush the Cajun honey butter over each lobster tail generously.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes until the lobster meat is opaque and firm, basting halfway through.
- Remove from oven, drizzle with remaining glaze, and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
- Serve hot with lemon wedges.

- Use clarified butter for a smoother finish.
- Adjust Cajun seasoning to control spice level.
