Description
A creamy, icy caramel coffee drink made at home in minutes, delivering café-style flavor with smooth coffee, milk, and buttery caramel sweetness.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
- 1 cup milk
- 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
- 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, optional
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 2 tablespoons whipped cream, optional for topping
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and allow it to cool completely to prevent the ice from melting too quickly.
- Add the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, optional sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
- Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, icy, and completely smooth.
- Check the consistency, adding a splash of milk if too thick or a few extra ice cubes if too thin, then blend again.
- Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.
Notes
- Use very cold coffee for the thickest, frostiest texture.
- Adjust the amount of caramel sauce to control sweetness.
- Serve immediately for the best flavor and consistency.
- Chill the serving glass for an extra refreshing experience.
