Description

A creamy, icy caramel coffee drink made at home in minutes, delivering café-style flavor with smooth coffee, milk, and buttery caramel sweetness.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup strong brewed coffee, cooled
  • 1 cup milk
  • 3 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • 1 to 2 teaspoons granulated sugar, optional
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream, optional for topping

Instructions

  1. Brew the coffee and allow it to cool completely to prevent the ice from melting too quickly.
  2. Add the cooled coffee, milk, caramel sauce, optional sugar, and ice cubes to a blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until the mixture is thick, icy, and completely smooth.
  4. Check the consistency, adding a splash of milk if too thick or a few extra ice cubes if too thin, then blend again.
  5. Pour into a tall glass, top with whipped cream if desired, and drizzle with extra caramel sauce before serving.

Notes

  • Use very cold coffee for the thickest, frostiest texture.
  • Adjust the amount of caramel sauce to control sweetness.
  • Serve immediately for the best flavor and consistency.
  • Chill the serving glass for an extra refreshing experience.
