Description

Warm, golden bread topped with a rich blend of melted cheeses and garlic butter, baked until bubbly and irresistible. Perfect for sharing and pulling apart piece by piece.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 loaf bread dough
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded gruyere cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, milk, and salt until smooth.
  3. Place the bread dough on a baking tray and lightly score the top into sections.
  4. Brush the garlic butter mixture over the bread, letting it seep into the cuts.
  5. Sprinkle mozzarella and gruyere evenly on top and inside the slices.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until the cheese is melted and golden.
  7. Let cool slightly, then serve warm and enjoy.

Notes

  • Use freshly shredded cheese for the best melt and texture.
  • Do not overbake to keep the bread soft inside.
  • Add herbs or chili flakes for extra flavor.
