Description

A rich and comforting creamy broccoli pasta made with tender pasta, fresh broccoli, and a velvety cheese sauce that coats every bite perfectly.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups small pasta
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. Cook the pasta according to package instructions and add broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
