- 2 cups small pasta
- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup grated cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 cups milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions and add broccoli during the last 3 minutes. Drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.
- Pour in the milk and stir gently.
- Add cheddar and parmesan cheese gradually while stirring until smooth.
- Let the sauce thicken slightly.
- Add the cooked pasta and broccoli, mixing until evenly coated.
