Description

This incredible comfort food creation piles seasoned fries with crispy chicken, fresh shredded lettuce, juicy cherry tomatoes, and two irresistible homemade burger and garlic sauces.

Ingredients

  • Frozen French Fries: 1 package
  • Crispy Chicken Tenders: 6 large pieces
  • Romaine Lettuce: 2 cups finely shredded
  • Cherry Tomatoes: 1 cup halved
  • Yellow Onion: 1 medium chopped
  • Paprika: 1 tsp
  • Garlic Powder: 1 tsp
  • Mayonnaise: 5 tbsp (divided into 3 tbsp and 2 tbsp)
  • Plain Yogurt: 2 tbsp
  • Pickle Juice: 1 tsp
  • Dill Pickles: 3 small chopped
  • Fresh Garlic Cloves: 4 pieces finely grated
  • Fresh Lemon Juice: 1 tsp
  • Fine Sea Salt: 1/2 tsp
  • Black Pepper: 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Set your oven or air fryer to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. In a high speed blender, combine the paprika, garlic powder, 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise, plain yogurt, chopped onion, and pickle juice, then blend until completely smooth before folding in the chopped pickles.
  3. Line a large, rimmed baking sheet with a piece of parchment paper or aluminum foil.
  4. Arrange the frozen french fries and the fully cooked tenders in a single layer across the prepared baking sheet.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the potatoes are deeply golden and the protein is piping hot.
  6. Whisk together the 4 grated garlic cloves, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, a squeeze of lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and black pepper in a small bowl to create your creamy white garlic sauce.
  7. Slice the hot protein, pile the crispy potatoes into a large serving bowl, scatter the shredded lettuce, halved cherry tomatoes, and chicken over the top, then drizzle generously with both prepared sauces.

Notes

  • Crispiness: Always bake your potatoes slightly longer than the package recommends to ensure they stay structurally sound under heavy sauces.
  • Temperature Contrast: Keep your lettuce and cherry tomatoes in the refrigerator until the exact moment of assembly.
  • Sauce Application: Apply your sauces using a squeeze bottle or a small spoon to create thin, beautiful ribbons rather than heavy pools.
