- 1 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Warm your skillet over medium heat to prepare for browning the chicken.
- Toss the chicken with flour, salt, and pepper to coat evenly.
- Add olive oil and butter to the skillet, then sear the chicken until lightly browned.
- Stir in mushrooms, onions, garlic, mustard powder, and Worcestershire sauce, cooking until aromatic.
- Pour in chicken broth and simmer gently until the sauce thickens and flavors meld.
