Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  2. Place cucumber slices in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss gently to coat evenly.
  4. Let the salad rest for 5–10 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  5. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top before serving.

  • Adjust garlic and soy sauce to taste for personalized flavor.
