- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 limes, juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 jalapenos, sliced
- 1/3 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 cup crumbled white cheese
Instructions
- Preheat a grill pan or skillet over medium high heat until very hot.
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, lime juice, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Lightly oil the cooking surface if needed.
- Coat the flank steak thoroughly in the marinade and let it sit for at least 2 hours.
