Description

Ingredients

  • All-purpose flour: 1 cup
  • Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
  • Granulated sugar: 2 tablespoons
  • Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 2 large
  • Milk: 1 1/4 cups
  • Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
  • Butter, melted: 2 tablespoons

Instructions

  1. Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
  4. Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry until smooth. Let batter rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Lightly butter the skillet and pour a small ladle of batter, tilting to spread thinly.
  6. Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift, flip and cook 1 more minute.
  7. Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment paper between.
  8. Serve warm with chocolate drizzle, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
