Ingredients
- All-purpose flour: 1 cup
- Unsweetened cocoa powder: 2 tablespoons
- Granulated sugar: 2 tablespoons
- Salt: 1/4 teaspoon
- Eggs: 2 large
- Milk: 1 1/4 cups
- Vanilla extract: 1 teaspoon
- Butter, melted: 2 tablespoons
Instructions
- Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla extract, and melted butter.
- Gradually mix wet ingredients into dry until smooth. Let batter rest for 30 minutes.
- Lightly butter the skillet and pour a small ladle of batter, tilting to spread thinly.
- Cook 1–2 minutes until edges lift, flip and cook 1 more minute.
- Repeat with remaining batter, stacking crepes with parchment paper between.
- Serve warm with chocolate drizzle, fresh fruits, or whipped cream.
