These no-bake Chocolate Ganache Cornflake Bars combine crunchy cereal with a rich, silky ganache topping and a sprinkle of toasted hazelnuts. Perfect for any occasion, they’re easy to make and impossible to resist.

- 4 cups cornflakes
- 1 ½ cups dark chocolate (about 9 oz), chopped
- ½ cup unsalted butter (1 stick)
- ⅓ cup golden syrup
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chopped hazelnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- A pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch baking dish with parchment paper and set aside.
- In a saucepan over low heat, melt the butter and golden syrup together until smooth. Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
- Place the cornflakes in a large mixing bowl. Pour the warm syrup mixture over them and gently fold until evenly coated.
- Press the cornflake mixture into the prepared baking dish, smoothing the surface with a spatula.
- Heat the heavy cream until steaming, then pour over the chopped chocolate in a bowl. Let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth and glossy.
- Spread the ganache over the cornflake base and top with chopped hazelnuts and sea salt.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice and enjoy.
