Description

Ingredients

  • Chorizo sausage: 200 grams, casing removed
  • Eggs: 4 large
  • Milk: 2 tablespoons
  • Cheddar cheese: 4 slices or 100 grams shredded
  • Sandwich rolls: 4 rolls, split in half
  • Butter: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 0.25 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 0.25 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and cook the chorizo for 5 to 7 minutes, breaking it apart until browned and fully cooked, then transfer to a plate.
