Description

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup pistachios, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Chill a serving plate for a refreshing presentation.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Arrange fresh arugula evenly on the chilled serving plate.
  4. Layer grapefruit, orange, and blood orange slices over the arugula, then scatter thinly sliced red onion and chopped pistachios on top.
