Instructions
- Chill a serving plate for a refreshing presentation.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, lime juice, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Arrange fresh arugula evenly on the chilled serving plate.
- Layer grapefruit, orange, and blood orange slices over the arugula, then scatter thinly sliced red onion and chopped pistachios on top.
