- 250 g Speculoos spread
- 400 ml heavy cream, cold
Instructions
- Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold the Speculoos spread into the whipped cream until smooth and fully combined.
- Add a layer of crushed Speculoos biscuits to the bottom of a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the Speculoos cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
- Smooth the surface and sprinkle extra crushed biscuits on top if desired.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
