Description

A rich and creamy no-bake dessert made with layers of whipped cream, smooth Speculoos spread, and spiced biscuits, simple, indulgent, and perfect for make-ahead treats.


Ingredients

  • 200 g Speculoos biscuits, crushed
  • 250 g Speculoos spread
  • 400 ml heavy cream, cold

Instructions

  1. Whip the cold heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
  2. Gently fold the Speculoos spread into the whipped cream until smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add a layer of crushed Speculoos biscuits to the bottom of a serving dish.
  4. Spread a layer of the Speculoos cream mixture evenly over the biscuits.
  5. Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with a cream layer on top.
  6. Smooth the surface and sprinkle extra crushed biscuits on top if desired.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
