Description

Ingredients

  • 2 packs instant ramen noodles
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a medium saucepan of water to a boil and cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
  3. Pour in the milk and stir gently to combine.
  4. Add the cooked noodles into the skillet and mix well with the milk mixture.
  5. Reduce the heat to low and gradually add the shredded cheddar cheese, stirring continuously until fully melted and creamy.
  6. Season with salt and black pepper, mixing well.
  7. Remove from heat and sprinkle chopped green onions on top.
  8. Serve immediately while hot and creamy.
