Ingredients

- 250 grams curly pasta
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 3 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- In a blender, combine corn kernels, garlic, vegetable broth, salt, and black pepper, then blend until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions, then drain and reserve some pasta water.
- Pour the corn sauce into the pan and warm gently.
- Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix well, adding a splash of reserved pasta water if needed.
- Sprinkle red chili flakes and chopped parsley, then stir gently.
- Serve warm and enjoy.

- Blend the sauce thoroughly for the smoothest texture.
- Adjust thickness with reserved pasta water.
- Use fresh or frozen corn for best flavor.
- Do not overcook the pasta to keep a good bite.
