- 300 grams ground beef
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- Heat olive oil in a deep skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook briefly until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir in the sriracha sauce. Mix well to combine.
- Add fresh spinach and cook until wilted.
- Stir in mozzarella and parmesan cheese until fully melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until fully coated in the sauce.
- Season with salt and black pepper, then garnish with dried parsley before serving.

- Use freshly grated cheese for the best melting texture
