Description

Ingredients

  • Boneless chicken breast: 300 g, sliced into thin cutlets
  • All-purpose flour: 60 g
  • Eggs: 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Breadcrumbs: 80 g
  • Olive oil: 3 tablespoons
  • Pizza dough: 300 g, divided into portions
  • Romaine lettuce: 60 g, finely chopped
  • Caesar dressing: 120 ml
  • Mozzarella cheese: 120 g, shredded
  • Parmesan cheese: 40 g, finely grated
  • Garlic powder: 1 teaspoon
  • Black pepper: 0.5 teaspoon
  • Salt: 1 teaspoon

Instructions

  1. Season the chicken cutlets evenly with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. Dredge each chicken piece in flour, dip into the beaten eggs, then coat thoroughly with breadcrumbs.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat and cook the breaded chicken for 4 to 5 minutes per side until golden, crispy, and fully cooked.
  4. Transfer the cooked chicken to a plate, allow it to rest briefly, then slice into strips.
  5. Roll out the pizza dough portions, place them on a baking tray, and bake at 200 C until lightly golden and puffed.
  6. Spread Caesar dressing over the warm baked dough, then layer with sliced chicken, chopped romaine lettuce, mozzarella cheese, and parmesan cheese.
  7. Return the assembled sandwiches to the oven and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.
