These Crispy Chicken Caesar Sliders are a delicious twist on the classic salad, combining juicy, crunchy chicken with creamy Caesar dressing, parmesan, and fresh romaine, all tucked into buttery brioche buns.

- 1 ½ pounds boneless chicken thighs
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 8 brioche slider buns
- ½ cup grated parmesan cheese
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Place a wire rack on top if available.
- In one bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In a second bowl, toss chicken thighs with olive oil to coat evenly.
- Dredge each chicken thigh in the panko mixture, pressing gently to help it stick.
- Arrange the coated chicken on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
- While the chicken bakes, toast the slider buns and prepare the lettuce and parmesan.
- Spread Caesar dressing on the bottom bun, layer with romaine, crispy chicken, parmesan, and the top bun.
- Serve warm with extra Caesar dressing on the side if desired.
Notes
- Use fresh parmesan and romaine for best flavor and texture.
- Double-dredge the chicken for extra crunch.
- To keep buns from getting soggy, toast them and assemble just before serving.
