Description

Golden crispy pastry cones filled with a creamy herb cheese mixture, perfect as a snack or appetizer with a satisfying crunch and smooth filling.


Ingredients

  • 2 puff pastry sheets
  • 200 grams cream cheese
  • 100 grams shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, green onions, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cut puff pastry sheets into strips and wrap them around cone molds, slightly overlapping.
  4. Place the wrapped cones onto the prepared baking tray.
  5. Brush each cone evenly with beaten egg.
  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  7. Allow cones to cool completely, then gently remove the molds.
  8. Fill each cone with the prepared cheese mixture and serve.
