Instructions
- Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mozzarella, parsley, green onions, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
- Cut puff pastry sheets into strips and wrap them around cone molds, slightly overlapping.
- Place the wrapped cones onto the prepared baking tray.
- Brush each cone evenly with beaten egg.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Allow cones to cool completely, then gently remove the molds.
- Fill each cone with the prepared cheese mixture and serve.
