Description

Ingredients

  • 500 grams cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 1 small red onion, finely diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  2. In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Cook the tortellini according to package instructions, then drain and let them cool completely.
  4. In a large bowl, combine cooled tortellini, peas, red onion, and cherry tomatoes.
  5. Pour the dressing over the mixture and gently toss until everything is evenly coated.
  6. Sprinkle fresh chives and red pepper flakes over the top.
