- 2 cups elbow pasta
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 tablespoon truffle oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- Salt to taste

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F.
- Cook the elbow pasta in salted boiling water until just al dente, then drain and set aside.
- In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat and sauté the minced garlic until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and stir, then mix in the cheddar and mozzarella cheese until fully melted and smooth.
- Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix well, then stir in the truffle oil.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread evenly.
- Top with breadcrumbs and grated parmesan cheese.
- Bake for about 25 minutes or until golden and bubbling.
- Let it rest for a few minutes before serving.
