- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 6 pita bread rounds
- 2 cups shredded lettuce
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 190°C and lightly grease a loaf pan.

- Slice the meat as thinly as possible for authentic texture.
- Warm pita before assembling to prevent cracking.
