- 8 slices American or cheddar cheese
- 4 large burger buns
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup sliced pickles
- 1/4 cup burger sauce
- Optional: Thinly sliced onions (raw or grilled)
Instructions
- Preheat Your Equipment: Place your skillet or griddle on high heat and let it get very hot, about 5 minutes.
- Combine Ingredients: Divide the ground beef into 8 equal balls. Gently shape and season with salt and pepper.
- Prepare Your Cooking Vessel: Lightly butter the skillet if not non-stick. Toast the buns face-down until golden and set aside.
