- 4 paratha bread
- 400 grams ground beef
- 1 cup lettuce leaves
- 1 large tomato sliced
- 1 small onion sliced
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and add a little cooking oil.
- In a bowl, mix the ground beef with salt and black pepper until evenly combined.
- Lightly oil the pan to ensure the patties cook without sticking.
- Shape the beef into 4 equal patties and place them in the pan. Cook until nicely browned on both sides.
- While the patties cook, warm the paratha in another pan until golden and slightly crisp.
- Spread mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard on the paratha, then layer lettuce, tomato, onion, and the cooked patty.
- Fold or stack your burger and serve immediately while warm.
Notes
- Let the patties rest for a few minutes after cooking to keep them juicy.
- Use fresh vegetables for the best crunch and flavor.
- Do not overload with sauce to keep the balance of flavors.
