Ingredients

  • 2 medium steaks (about 1 pound total)
  • 1 large cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup corn kernels (cooked or canned)
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup crumbled white cheese
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh herbs, chopped

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium high heat.
