- 500 grams ground pork
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 3 small red chili peppers, sliced
- 1 cup Thai basil leaves
- 2 tablespoons oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
Instructions
- Heat a wok or large pan over medium-high heat.
- In a small bowl, mix oyster sauce, soy sauce, fish sauce, and sugar.
- Add vegetable oil to the hot pan.
- Add garlic and chili, stir quickly until fragrant, then add ground pork and break it apart.
- Cook until the pork is browned and slightly crispy, then pour in the sauce mixture and stir well.
- Toss in Thai basil and stir just until wilted. In a separate pan, fry the eggs until the edges are crispy and yolk is still soft.
- Plate the pork and top with the fried egg. Serve immediately.
